HOW IT WORKS

Start By Connecting

Start by reaching out and scheduling a call. During this initial conversation, we will take time to understand your vision: preferred destination, estimated date, guest count, budget and overall style. Based on your needs, we will create a tailored proposal with ideal venues and packages to match.

Pre-Proposal Review

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a contract along with a pre-proposal that recaps our conversation — including a shortlist of potential venues and a rough budget estimate. If you feel that Kiss And Plan is the right fit to bring your vision to life, simply sign the contract and submit a 30% deposit based on our fixed-rate package — and from there, the planning adventure begins!

Planning & Design

You’ll review our curated venue suggestions and, if desired, arrange virtual or in-person visits. Once you’ve selected the perfect location, we’ll secure the date, negotiate group accommodation rates, and create a personalized booking site for your guests. From there, we’ll dive into the details — from the timeline and décor to floral design, catering, music, ceremony flow, and everything in between.

We will guide you through each decision, offering thoughtful suggestions while handling all the local logistics. Through regular monthly check-ins, you will stay fully informed and involved, without ever feeling overwhelmed as we will ensure everything stays on track, both in terms of budget and timeline.

Wherever you land in France, we’ll be there to welcome you and guide you through your first moments in your dream destination. From your arrival, we’ll accompany you to your initial accommodation and make sure you enjoy every step of the journey — stress-free and full of excitement.

Prefer to settle in on your own? No problem — while you enjoy your first taste of France, we’ll continue working behind the scenes to ensure everything stays perfectly on track for your big day.

And no matter where your guests are coming from or how they arrive, we’re also here to assist anyone who might need extra care or guidance, so that everyone feels looked after from day one.

The Big Day (or Week)

On your wedding day, we’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can fully relax and savor every special moment. We'll handle the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee set-ups and transitions, and quietly resolve any last-minute surprises.

As your main point of contact, we'll keep things on track and ensure every detail (from décor to music cues) is just perfect. Once the first dance begins and you’re surrounded by your loved ones, we’ll gracefully step back, knowing your day is in perfect hands.

Post-Wedding Support

After the celebration, we remain available to gather feedback, share photo galleries, and even help coordinate follow-up events like brunches or vow renewals. We’re also happy to suggest and organize excursions or visits to local sites, so you and your guests can fully enjoy the rest of your stay.
